On November 19 I flew to Houston and then overnight to London. I took the express train into Paddington Station and then walked ten minutes to the Orchard Hotel. I then walked to Kensington Gardens and spent the afternoon wandering through the many acres of the garden - which is actually a large, beautiful park.

On Friday, I visited a floating mini park near Paddington Station, walked through Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens, the British Natural History Museum and the skinny building.

On Saturday, I visited Regents Park, Rembrandt Park, Paddington Basin (basically a canal), and more of Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens. I also saw things of interest as I was walking between parks - artwork in tunnels, cactus signs, birds, people riding horseback, etc.
