Phoenix and Flagstaff, Nov. 23 - Dec. 14, 2018

We continue to have problems with people who cannot follow simple rules about recycling and trash - the joys of being an HOA board member.

As mentioned in a prior post, Patty sent me to get wine at Costco for Thanksgiving so I had to make sure I got wine with good ratings.

We keep having problems with the alarm system (more joys of being on the HOA board).

While at the Desert Botanical Garden, one of the ways I can remember specific types of plants is to take a photo of the identification sign.

As mentioned in a prior post, I returned to Phoenix only to find water leaking from the water heater above.  I waited for our neighbor to send the contractors down to dry out our storage room - it never happened.  When I finally emptied the room, I discovered mold starting behind where I had some extra kitchen floor tiles stored.

We had storm damage and continuing alarm problems.

Patty's hairdresser teaches yoga and has this bumper sticker on her car.

Some of our neighbors ignore the rules about not having lockboxes in our condos.

Megan had her mail forwarded from Alaska - the package was damaged by water, but fortunately no damage was done to the contents.

Ecodry LLC finally came, removed the sheet rock and dried out the walls of our storage room.

Back in Flagstaff, my travels took me through the NAU campus where I saw these robots which deliver food.

In Flagstaff, we see lovely sunrises and mountain views.

We continue to work on getting the kitchen in order.

We loved going to the theater to see "Knives Out."

On Dec. 13, I flew to Boston to attend Phil's 75th birthday party on the 14th, then flew back to Phoenix on the 15th.
