We are fortunate that Martha's mom and step-dad, Ann and Terry Bailey, live just across from Battery Park in Burlington. This means that the marathon route takes runners past their front porch three times. We joined Ann and Terry and Martha and others to have a fun morning and to watch Ben and some of his friends run.

After Ben went by, I went to Ben and Martha's condo to make two trips taking 20 boxes of their stuff out of the condo and to our garage - Ben and Martha then mailed all of these boxes (plus several others) on Tuesday before they started driving cross country to Portland.
