We continued to hike in Portland and saw some interesting sights around town.
I shopped for more firewood to burn in the living room fireplace.
My spring teaching schedule had a week break between the seven week terms, so Patty and I went to Greenville SC to visit Ann and Terry. We went for several hikes and tours, including both in the city and out in a state park.
We visited a winery and later got a tour of Thomas Creek brewery, with samples of four locally brewed beers.
And we went to a funny show that had lots of good humor and satire about the current administration in Washington.
And then it was back to Portland to get ready for Megan's visit.
